Four U-shaped stainless burners deliver 36,000 BTU total (9,000 BTU each) for consistent searing and rapid recovery across the full surface. Built for built-in installation; the unit requires a 60-1/4" W x 16-5/8" D cut-out and must be mounted in non-combustible cabinetry or with the optional insulating liner. A removable grease tray and battery ignition simplify cleanup and startup, while included opposite orifices allow field conversion between Natural Gas and Propane. Four safety valves with thermocouples cut gas if a flame is extinguished; ETL, CSA and ANSI certifications are provided and warranties cover cooking surfaces and burners for the original owner.
