This two-piece workshop combo delivers heavy-duty tire changing and precision wheel balancing for professional service bays. The tire changer uses alloy steel jaws with carburized quenching and a stainless mounting head protected by plastic covers to minimize rim damage. A 2.0 HP motor with pure copper windings and an integrated lubricator extends duty life and stabilizes pneumatic operation. Pedal-controlled inflation, pull-type pedal operation and a 186 mm stainless bead breaker cylinder speed up common shop tasks while reducing manual strain. The balancer features a 3 mm thick steel body, automatic A/D measurement input, a hardened 36 mm shaft and sealed electronics for reliable, low-vibration operation. Balancer capacity supports rims under 30" and wheel widths from 3"–12" with balancing accuracy to ±1 g and a 7-second measuring cycle. Operational capacities include up to 41" wheel diameter and 15" wheel width on the tire changer, with outside clamp 12"–22" and inside clamp 14"–24". Installation requires 110–120 V single-phase power and a shop air supply at 116–145 psi; freight delivery and forklift unloading are recommended. The package protects rims with spade and mounting-head covers, includes assist arms and a bead seater, and offers optional wheel guard for added safety.

- Alloy steel jaw, interface carburization treatment of 0.8-1.1mm deepness, whole quenching process, making the inside of the jaw to have more tenacity and the outside harder, and use the jaw cover for protecting the rim

- Claims must fall within the warranty period.
- Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
- Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.

- All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
- Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
- Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
