Heavy-duty KATOOL KT-T835 tire changer and KT-B760 balancer are engineered for high-volume auto shop use. The tire changer features an alloy-steel jaw with carburized treatment and a stainless mounting head protected by a plastic cover to prevent rim damage. Pedal-controlled inflation and a 186mm stainless bead-breaker cylinder deliver controlled, repeatable bead seating and inflation. A 2.0 HP motor with pure-copper windings ensures consistent torque and reliable operation under frequent use. Pneumatic system includes high-quality filtration to extend service life and stabilize air pressure between 116–145 psi. The KT-B760 balancer uses a 3mm steel body, precision sensors and multiple balance modes to handle rims up to 30 inches and wheel weights up to 143 lb. Balancer operation is supported by a robust 36mm quench-treated shaft and an advanced control board for stable measurements and self-calibration. Both machines operate on 110V single-phase power and are built with reinforced welding and heavy-gauge steel to minimize vibration. Included accessories and protections—assist arm, mounting head covers, bead seater and optional wheel guard—reduce rim damage and speed service cycles.
