This kit includes a dual cleaning brush / scraper tool, coal rake, square pizza peel, and round pizza peel. Each piece is made of durable aluminum for long-lasting durability in your high-volume kitchen. This pizza oven utensil kit is perfect for restaurants, bars, and, of course, pizzerias!

The long length of these utensils is sure to keep hands away from the hot oven. Plus, 12" x 12" square and 9" round blades makes both pizza peels perfect for handling smaller pizzas. The square peel makes it easy to move pizzas in an out of the oven, while the round peel is great for rotating them as they cook! These peels are also perforated, allowing excess flour to fall from the crust to help prevent burning and an unpleasant taste on your crusts. An included coal rake is great for stoking and managing your fires for the perfect cook. The pizza brush is designed to remove residual burnt food, heavy grease, and rust from your pizza oven.
